Free Online PDF Page Numbering Tool

• Step 1: Upload Your PDF
  Click on the “Click to Upload PDF (Max 10MB)” box and select the PDF file you want to add page numbers to.
• Step 2: Choose Number Position
  From the Position dropdown, select where you want the page numbers to appear:

2. Top Center
3. Top Right
4. Bottom Left
5. Bottom Center
6. Bottom Right

• Step 3: Select Number Format
  Choose your preferred format for page numbering from the Number Format dropdown (e.g., 1, 2, 3…, Page 1 of N, etc.).
• Step 4: Set Font Size
  Enter the desired Font Size (e.g., 12, 14, etc.) for the page numbers.
• Step 5: Pick Font Color
  Click on the color box next to Font Color and choose your preferred text color.
• Step 6: Add Page Numbers
  Click on the green “Add Page Numbers” button. The tool will generate a new PDF with numbered pages.
• Step 7: Download the File
  Once processing is done, a download link for the new PDF will appear.
• Step 8: Reset (Optional)
  Click the red “Reset” button to clear everything and start over.
